Recurrent bronchitis: Recurrent episodes of bronchitis can be decreased through allergen recognition and avoidance as well as smoking cessation (if this is a factor). Avoid exposure to those sick, wash your hands often. In addition to antihistamines, there are medicines to reduce inflammation - these will require a physician visit.
