Depends: If you are having labor signs-your OB should have discussed these with you-go to the nearest er for eval. If you havent discussed these with your ob, you should call their after-hours number if you are having unusual symptoms. Alternatively, you could call a nearby labor and delivery unit and they may be ble to advise you, although they often will tell you to come in for eval.
