Normal: Having uterine cramping after orgasm is common and it should not harm the baby. As pregnancy progresses and if preterm labor should develop, your health care provider may recommend abstaining because it could contribute to preterm labor. Otherwise, if pregnancy is progressing normally, there is no harm from this cramping.
