Several reasons.: Likely related to urine volumes. Only a guess, but you ma have a small blockage at the tip of the urethra called the meatus. If you are uncircumcised, you may not be pulling the foreskin all the way back. Have your local primary care watch you urinate with a full bladder. If abnormal see a urologist.
