EGD + H pylori breat: H pylori breath test is a non-invasive test for active infection that can cause peptic ulcer disease. H pylori blood test can demonstrate past infection but can't differentiate from current infection. Breath test can prove antibiotic cure. Egd (esophagogastroduodenoscopy) allows direct visualization of esophagus, stomach & duodenum looking for ulcers & inflammation plus allows biopsy, too.

Biliary disease: This may be a condition called sphincter of oddi dysfunction. It is a narrowing of the opening of the duct that connects the gallbladder and liver to the small intestine. The only way to diagnose is by ERCP or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. See a gastroenterologist. May still be gallbladder disease even with normal ct/us. Hida may be helpfull.
