Seek medical attenti: The pain you describe could be due to multiple reasons. Depending on your age, one thought is an aneurysm of the aorta usually seen in older people. This could be musculoskeletal pain duo exercision. Goal is not to scare you but encourage you to seek proper exam as the internet can do just so much for the time being.

Pain: Pain between shoulder blades can be referred from gall bladder but may also be a back problem or inherent problem with the muscles. Is the area sore to the touch. If comming from intrabdominal source will not be sore to touch. If musculoskeletal origin then should be sore to the touch. If again tender to touch not caused by GI problem see your primary care physician.

Many possibilities..: Pain between the shoulder blades can be a symptom of heart disease. It can be a symptom of gall bladder disease, esophageal reflux, nerve compression from a slipped disc, muscle strain - any number of things. I try to start by eliminating the most serious possibility: in this case, heart disease - and moving on from there. Get some assistance from your primary care provider to sort this out.
