In What Context?: Radiology results often need to be interpreted within the context of why they were ordered & what symptoms may be present. Inflammation of the colon would be unusual 2 months postop, yet not unheard of. More importantly, is there abd pain, fever, difficulty moving one's bowels, weight loss, etc?

Yes: Colon resection and anastomoses in some patients will take a few weeks to heal. Some are due to small leaks in the connection that do not require reintervention. But if symptoms are present reevaluation is needed. There might be a seroma or fluid collection.
