Watch for symptoms!: I am guessing that you are wondering if the pregnancy is ok. If you are miscarrying, you will likely notice that the brown spotting progresses to bleeding - more like a period. Heavy bleeding or pain must prompt contact with your doctor - even the emergency room. While we are all taught that spotting isn't "normal, " we do see it in normal pregnancies.
