At what testicular volume should should one be concerned with fertility? i mean small enough to recommend semen analysis?

Testes volume: Low testicular volume (below 18 ml) would be concerning for low testicular function. If physical exam by your doctor is concerning then semen analysis as well as hormonal analysis can be performed to try to see what the underlying cause is as well as potential treatment.
