Tough question...: I imagine you are aching to know if everything's ok with your pregnancy. While it is generally possible to see the heart beating at about that time, the problem may be dates: if you are three weeks rather than seven, for example, you won't see much on ultrasound. Please talk with your doctor. They may repeat the ultrasound and check blood. Pain or bleeding must be evaluated. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
