Regular exercise: Regular exercise! 30-60 minutes 5-6 times a week. Heart rate should allow for intervals of of 140-155 BPM several times through the exercise period. Studies show that regular exercise improves mood, self image, sleep quality, motivation, mental acuity, and provides overall improvement of mind and body well being. So get up and go exercise. You will feel the improvement in the first few days.
