Can take longer: A fungal infection using topicals can take up to 4 weeks. You could have a superimposed bacterial infection. If fungal oral Diflucan (fluconazole) at 200mg every other day for 5 doses mat hasten recovery but you may need abx and evaluation. A good gp should be able to help.
