Maybe: It sounds like you may have a UTI (or worse, a kidney infection). However, may things can cause what you are reporting; uncontrolled diabetes (as well as its complication, dka) can cause it as well. The nausea and fever are very concerning; i would see your doctor as soon as possible for further evaluation.
