Possibly: The experience of psychological anxiety tends to be accompanied by a variety of physical sensations including, but not limited to, chest tightness, increased heart rate increased rate of breathing/shortness of breath/tingling around the mouth and/or hands/feet, shaking, lightheadedness, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Consider talking to your doctor especially if your stomach tightness is new.

Probably: It certainly can, shortness of breath, tightness in stomach, nausea, sweating, dry mouth, headache, hot flashes and chills among other symptoms are concomitant physical symptoms of anxiety. However, other physical problems have to be ruled out first even if you have anxiety. So please check with primary care physician for a proper evaluation.
