Zoloft (sertraline): Unfortuately, all drugs have side effects which you must know about before using any drug. Antidepressants, like zoloft, (sertraline) can help to stabilize moods and reduce anxiety-but at a price- they narrow your range of emotion and take off the highs and the lows. Also, drugs are a short term solution to a long term problem best resolved by pursuing psychotherapy.
