Not impossible: One missed pill per cycle usually isn't a big cause of failed contraception, but can result in it. If your bf was ejaculating between the labia, some may make it into the vagina and therefore increases risk of pregnancy. Any semen that passes into the vaginal opening may allow some sperm to work their way up the vagina and into the cervix. And don't forget about precum if he's between labia.
