Maybe: If you are taking the loestrin fe properly and haven't missed any pills, it isn't likely that you are pregnant. Usually, with the type of pill you are using, your menses should arrive when you are still taking the placebo pills at the end of the pack. It may continue into the new pack but you should still start the new pack on time. If the pregnancy test isn't clear, you should see your doctor.

Pregnancy test: If you had sex since your last period and missed your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
