Diet/Exercise: Reduce your intake of processed starch, sugar, soda and increase intake of lean protein. Don't skip any meals and have 2-4 oz. Of protein with every meal and for snacks, stick to either a piece of protein (1 oz.) or a cup of fruits (berries preferred) or green veggies. Best exercises for weight loss are interval training, yoga, spinning and pilates.
