I have pain in my sartorius or gracilis muscle. i had an acl reconstruction a year ago and they used one of the above muscle.

Possibly: They could have used the gracilis as part of the graft. The sartorial is never used as a graft. However, the current pain is more likely from limping. Limping and favoring that knee comes from quad weakness and inhibitions. This in turn causes hamstring tendinitis.

Tendinitis.: You could have a chronic tendinitis going on from that surgery. See your surgeon. Physical therapy may be of benefit as well as anti-inflammatory medication.
