Magnesium: Magnesium citrate or glycinate or oxide. It is all natural and also offers additional benefits. Titrate dose to your needs. Magnesium is only partially absorbed in the gut. The absorbed part is what softens stool. So adjust the dose accordingly. The more you take the softer your stool will get.
