Plz C Breast Surgeon: A normal ultrasound should be very reassuring but not definitive. It is best to see a breast surgeon who can take your medical history, do a careful exam, and review the ultrasound.

Not surprising: Dense breast tissue is to be expected for someone your age, and this density is further compounded by pregnancy. The later in pregnancy you are, the more dense your breasts become as they prepare to produce milk. An ultrasound is not very sensitive for breast cancer in this scenario, but will pick up on non-subtle findings. Discuss the options with your doctor.
