I was electrically shocked while pregnant ..does it affect the baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: A simple shock is buffered by your body & not likely if ever known to effect a fetus. Significant voltage transfer generally moves in a straight line from the contact point to its ground. If you touched it with your fingers and it crossed through your body to the other side it would still not invade the uterus & bother baby. You would need a head to toe surge that would hospitalize u to hurt baby.
