Sorry: Sad situation, if it is early stage , and is due to chemo, must speak to your doctor , good nutritional avenues are available, including TPN etc. If is due to very late terminal stage of disease , unfortunately very little could be done, make her life as comfortable as possible, consider hospice care and make her not to suffer good luck.

Talk to doctor: Nausea is frequently associated with certain chemotherapy treatments. There are many drugs that help but it can be a tough problem. In the us we frequently use ondansetron (zofran). Talk with her doctors about other options. There are more invasive ways of getting nutrition like tube feedings or iv. But that would depend on prognosis and weighing the risks as well.
