Should be fine: There is a good margin of safety we use in our antibiotic recommendations; you should be safe. However, if you are concerned, you can always go back for a test of cure with your doctor at a later point.

The rec dose in 1 gr: At least 1 gram, so call your doc and get another 500mg at least or another 1 gram , that should not hurt u and u need to make sure the chlamydia is gone and i a ssume your partner got treated.
