Likely nothing: Having a medical abortion or even a spontaneous abortion is traumatic to the body as major hormone shifts happen. It is common for it to take several weeks to get back to normal. So i would not be concerned at this point. Other things can cause periods to be delayed, such as thyroid disease, medications, and even stress, which I am sure you have had a lot of you the past few months.Maybe be seen.
