Possibilities : There are a few common things this could be and a check by a doctor is in order. It could be an acute form of athletes foot or an eczematous process at work. In the event your doctor isn't 100% convinced, he or she may biopsy the site.

Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin blisters or rashes. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections and insect bites can cause blisters on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
