My 12 year old is severly constipated. She went to have a GI test done last monday where she had to drink a thick white drink. What can I do to help?

Constipation: Increase fiber intake; increase water ( not juice) intake, instead of fruit juice, stress on eats fruits, give her cereal with every meal, and MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) powder ( otc) helps too.
