Im haveing this pain on my right side of my stomach i've had this before i've to see my gp and had a scan they couldnt find snything is it my overies.

Need further eval.: You have only mentioned , having pain on the right side of your stomach. Pain could be in the upper, middle or lower quadrant of the abdomen. Duration, severity, tenderness, character and whether the pain is referred to any other area of the body are important to know. Absence of any findings on ultrasound or ct scan does not completely exclude any condition. No clues that ovary is the pain cause.
