Very normal: The age to have 16 primary or baby teeth is 13 to 19 months so your child is right in that normal range. Here is a chart for tooth eruption for you: http://www.Mouthhealthy.Org/en/az-topics/e/eruption-charts.Aspx.

Probably ok: Some children's teeth erupt much faster than others. It is perfectly ok for yours to be ahead of the curve. Expect him/her to have twenty primary (baby) teeth total. Also, the pediatric dentists recommend a visit by age one to do an overall evaluation although my experience has been that between one and three is probably ok as well.

Yes: It is entirely within the normal limits of baby teeth emerging. All 20 are usually in between 2 and 3 years of age.

Fast but normal: Child has a faster than average eruption pattern, but well within normal limits. Important that your child, and all children, have their 1st dental examination at eruption of their 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. Because of accelerated eruption pattern recommend that you see a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, who is best trained to evaluate dento-facial growth & development
