Questionable: You probably shouldn't play just yet, although you might be ok. It depends upon the difficulty of the extraction and your level of play and how important the game is to you. You can expect possibly more bleeding as you heart rate goes up. My best advice is to ask the dentist who actually extracted your tooth as he\she is the most knowledgeable about your medical\dental history.

Call the dentist...: I would discuss this with the dentist who removed the tooth. The dentist understands your particulars and can best guide you as far as playing soccer again.
