Depends how you feel: The ususal recommendations on this are not to do heavy lifting with your arm on the same day after you donated, but you might feel tired after that. Soccer is also a very active game, so you might get tired faster, and you don't want to do too much with your arm, even on the next day. If you feel good and want to play, it can be ok, but if you are tired, maybe sit this out, or just not donate.
