No: I would not recommend it. After surgery you have a higher likelihood for a blood clot. Traveling, especially air travel increases that risk because you are not moving at all for prolonged periods. Also, because most travel is in a seated position, your leg will swell.

Not advisable : It would be best to ask your surgeon but it would be best to keep it elevated and for you to rest.
