Tamilfu/Zpack/Tyleno: Take tamiflu 75 mg PO bid x5 days, consider z-pack 500 mg PO the first day and 250 mg PO for another 4 days, take tylenol (acetaminophen) to keep your temperature <100 f, see your obstetrician asap and be patient. Your immune system is not working at full strength during pregnancy, so do not delay seeking medical care!
