By Regular gradua --: Lly increasing exercises, within limits of discomfort as you recover from tkr. Eating regularly (in smaller amounts) ; eating healthy would help. For your hypoythyroidism, the thyroid hormone replacement med will help, as it will perk you to become active ; also your metabolism. These both will decrease your weight. See your pcp for the thyroid med. Good luck.
