Yes: Yes it is safe for the mother and for the baby, in the absence of major egg allergy. In fact pregnant women should get the vaccine to protect both mother and child.

Only the shot: The nasal vaccine is a live, but attenuated vaccine, and should not be given to someone who is pregnant.
