Avoidance: To avoid catching the Flu – wash your hands often or use alcohol – based sanitizers. Wash hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Coughing or sneezing into elbow helps to contain germs. Avoid crowds of people. Flu shot is the best protection.

Avoid Crowds: In the winter season, Flu is everywhere, especially among crowds. Wash your hands regularly. ( Of course we also recommend the vaccine!)
