Urachus maybe: The urachus, is a remnant from embryologic development forms a cord in the peritoneum (lining of the abdominal cavity) that runs up the middle of the lower abdomen to the umbilicus that can produce symptoms like you describe especially if there is an associated cyst or infection. See you doctor about this to be sure it is not something more serious. .
