Irregular cycle: On occasion you will not ovulate. If this happens your cycle will be delayed. If no cycle in three more weeks, repeat pregnancy test. If negative, then be evaulated by your gynecologist for other hormonal issues such as thyroid disease or elevated levels of prolactin. If pregnancy test positive . . . Congratulations!
