Need more info: Urine pregnancy test is best done 4-5 days after a missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully. You could get a blood test which is more sensitive. When was your period due? You may have tested too soon. You may wish to repeat the test in 2-3 days.
