Bloating: Bloating is one of the 4 common symptoms of ovarian cancer. It can either be constant or intermittent.

Nonspecific: Ovarian cancer in early stages may have no symptoms. Later stages may include ascites (fluid in the abdomen) and nonspecific pain/bloating/gi symptoms that occur in many non cancerous normal and abnormal states. Bloating doesn't tell you much.
