Poor vision after iv infusion of contrast dye?

Needs evaluation: Rarely contrast dye can knock loose some intravascular deposits which can lodge in narrow vessels and change the function of the part supplied. This has been reported rarely with the ophthalmic vascular supply. Have you ophthalmologist see this immediately to determine the cause.

Drug reaction: This can be part of a systemic drug reaction and be from brain reaction rather than the eyes. This needs to be evaluated.
