Unclear cause: If pain alters with position change or with deep breathing, potentially could be pericarditis (inflammation of the skin around the heart) or muscle/skeletal in the rib/chest wall. More worrisome causes could be a pulmonary embolism (clot in lungs) or problems with aorta, or blockage in your heart arteries (although given your age, the others may be more likely). Your doctor can assess this.
