Big picture: Most young men want to gain muscle mass but not gain fat. For mass, you want to do resistance training, some sport or work that involves working individual muscles to their greatest strength. Men differ greatly in the speed with which they put on muscle bulk, and no food can give it to you. Most women want a man with little body fat. I trust malabsorption is not a concern.
