Maybe, bleeding: Vitamin e can increase your chance of having bleeding and bruising if taken in higher doses (more than 1-2000 iu/day). Up to you. These effects should wear off a week or so after stopping the supplement. Not hard science, case reports.

Probably not : This may depend on the preference of your injecting physician. If you are taking a regular supplement in the range of 400 iu it is most likely not a concern.

Vit E causesbruising: Vit e supplements can increase the likelihood of bruising. It is possible to have no bruising but you should not take a chance on this before an important event like wedding or reunion etc.
