Are there any supplements and foods out there that may help prolong the effects of juvederm and radiesse (dermal fillers)?

None known: Currently, there is no objective evidence to suggest the addition of supplements may help prolong the benefits of fillers. A healthy diet and exercise program can help maintain youthful collagen in the skin and tissues and will likely offer the best longevity for fillers. Avoidance of overexposure to the sun, tobacco use and alchohol can also help.

Juvederm: No such food or supplement has been clinically shown to prolong retention of HA or CHA products. It is thought that Vitamin C allows for more efficient collagen cross linking that replaces the matrix created by the soft tissue fillers.
