Bruising : Bruising is usually very minimal, if your dr is good. I see bruising in less than 5% of my patients. The bruising is so minimal that a little make-up works well. There is an over-the-counter homeopathic remedy called arnica that, basically, dissolves the bruise in a day or two. On the east coast, rite-aid sells it, but you can get it online. Check the online version of your local pharmacy chain. I'm sure your local pharmacist can get it for you as well as your dr doing the filler.

Bruising : Bruising after injection with a filler is a variable experience. You can take preventive measures like avoiding Aspirin and nsaids for at least 10 days before the injection. And if you do get a bruise, make-up can be used to cover it up.

The : The level of bruising after facial filler injection is quite variable. Some patients don't have any bruising at all while others may develop some. Either way, the bruising should resolve after about 2 weeks. Avoiding blood thinner products around the time of your procedure (ideally 10 days beforehand) can help prevent this, but it may still happen regardless. The face has a robust blood supply. This helps a lot with the healing in the area, but it does make it easier to develop bruising.

If : If you are not on blood thinners (aspirin, vitamin e, etc) you may not have any bruising. If you do, you can cover it with topical makeup easily in most cases.

Little to none: Unless you are prone to bruising, have a coagulation defect or are on blood thinners, you should expect little to no bruising after your Radiesse (dermal fillers) treatment. In the event you have bruising, it can be easily covered with makeup.

Minimal Bruising: Radiesse (dermal fillers) is a calcium based product in a gel that is placed above the facial bones. Because it is a deep injection the risk of bruising is much less. However, if you do get some discoloration or bruising it can be covered with a green based coverup and a some makeup on top of this. www.artofplasticsurgery.com.
