STDs eg crabs: This could be many things including STDs or a simple skin infection. Crabs is the first thing to come to mind but it could also be early herpes or other stds. You should get this looked at by a doctor so you can be treated immediately if it's an std. Note however you can still get some STDs despite condom use because some STDs are transmitted by skin contact, not fluids like other stds.

A condom: doesn't cover all the skin in the pubic area. I might wonder about pubic lice or scabies. Get checked.
