Spinal fusion: Wow you are really young - must have had a bad situation. If you have more pain now go and see a pain doctor - they can help you. Try to stay away from more surgery unless its absolutely necessary. May consider a spinal stimulator or epidural injections - latter done first.

Go see your surgeon: You surgeon needs to rule out complications or failure of the fusion. Once these are ruled out then i would suggest a well respected pain management specialist. You cannot undo the fact that you underwent surgery. I can only hope it was for emergent reasons and not electively at such a young age. It can take up to a year to completely heal from fusion surgery, so all is not lost.
