Possible : Silver definitely has anti-microbial activity. This is why in the past a silver spoon was used to feed babies. Whether or not silver can kill MRSA is possible be cautious using excessive doses of colloidal silver, this could be dangerous.

Colloidal Silver: Use of colloidal silver may instead cause a condition called argyria, which makes the skin turn a gray color as a result of excess deposits of silver salts in the eyes, skin and organs of the body. Since its growth of popularity in the 1970s and 1980s, the fda has issued warnings to colloidal manufacturers regarding efficacy claims and continues to urge consumers to avoid its use.
