If a brain tumor caused pain in the top left part of the skull, would there be other neurological symptoms as well?

Depends on size: Could result in weakness in right leg, could even affect left leg, might promote seizures, perhaps nausea and vomiting, dizziness, imbalance, blurring of vision, if it did increase intracranial pressure.

While headache: Can occasionally be a symptom of a brain tumor, brain tumor symptoms are generally related to their location. Seizures are common, weakness, numbness, visual field loss, loss of consciousness, and auto accidents are all more common.
